More from the wonderful world of Lobster & Chips. May Day weekend, and the tables were laid and set, in resplendent anticipation for the glorious L&B ritual at Sam Taylor’s Rock House, Hastings. This was the big one: Sam’s 60th with 60 guests. Buckets and pans of all that is shellfishy – lobster, crab prawns, cockles, were pumped up on ice, with chips, mayo and plenty fizz in the wings.
